În situaţia în care este făcută orice Plângere sau orice acţiune sau procedură este declanşată împotriva Părţilor Despăgubite, sau a oricăreia dintre ele, decurgând din sau în legătură cu acest Acord, oricare dintre aceste Părţi poate, printr-o notificare rezonabilă către dumneavoastră, să vă ceară ca, pe propriile dumneavoastră cheltuieli, să se opună acelei plângeri sau să preia apărarea în legătură cu acea acţiune sau procedură şi să angajeze consilieri pentru acest scop, consilieri care vor fi aprobaţi în prealabil în scris de Partea Despăgubită, aprobarea care va trebui să fie dată obligatoriu în cazul unor consilieri care acţionează în folosul apărătorilor dumneavoastră angajaţi într-o astfel de apărare sau rezistenţă.

Dumneavoastră veţi colabora cu noi în apărarea împotriva oricărei Plângeri. Ne rezervăm dreptul ca, pe propriile dumneavoastră cheltuieli, să ne asumăm în mod exclusiv apărarea şi controlul oricărei chestiuni care face obiectul de despăgubire din partea dumneavoastră.

7. Acces li interferențe

Dumneavoastră nu veţi folosi nici o metodă de a copia Site-ul sau conţinutul sau informaţiile (inclusiv Informaţiile) conţinute de acesta fără consimţământul nostru prealabil scris. 8. Încetare

Dumneavoastră puteţi înceta aceşti termeni în orice moment prin deconectarea de la folosirea Site-ului şi prin distrugerea tuturor materialelor obţinute din orice şi din toate site-urile legate şi a tuturor documentelor aflate în legătură şi a tuturor copiilor şi a instalărilor acestora, fie că sunt făcute în conformitate cu termenii Acordului, fie în orice alt mod. Accesul dumneavoastră la Site poate înceta imediat fără notificare din partea noastră dacă, la discreţia noastră proprie şi absolută, apreciem că dumneavoastră nu vă conformaţi termenilor şi prevederilor din acest Acord.

9. Legea aplicabilă

Dumneavoastră va trebui să vă conformaţi tuturor legilor, statutelor, ordonanţelor şi reglementărilor aplicabile referitoare la folosirea de către dumneavoastră a Site-ului şi la solicitarea de către dumneavoastră de oferte de achiziţionare şi / sau de vânzare de produse şi / sau servicii.
